There will be dedicated sessions organized during training schools. This will give ESR (early career researchers) an opportunity to discuss the importance of time management and research planning, as well as research commitment, prioritization of research activities and research valorization, attribution of authorship and conflicts of interest. To discuss career management, ESRs will have the opportunity to invite (for ESR workshops or IDP2Biomed conference Career Development session) successful professionals in academia, industry or marketing and business development for biotechnology. The members of the SAB, who are leading researchers in academia and industry, will support those activities by presenting their career paths, and discussing career opportunities in different sectors, serving also as mentors.
